How Safe is Cosmetic Tattooing?
Very safe, according to the Center for Disease Control. There has not been any incidence of HIV attributable to tattooing nor has there been any increase of Hepatitis B in the past 20 years. When the tattoo or permanent cosmetic work is done under proper conditions, there is no opportunity for disease transmission. If the technician is using an autoclave on their instruments, not reusing needles and has a clean, sanitary environment, the chances of developing any type of communicable disease are remote if not impossible.

Eyebrows:
Your eyebrows are first meticulously drawn on and adjusted until the perfect brow shape and size is found that is most conducive to your facial features. A color is then custom blended. Once you are satisfied, the brows are then applied permanently..................................................................$450.00
Eyeliner:
Eyeliner can be applied in a solid line or "smudged" to meet with your desired look. The most common color used is a black/brown but there is a wide variety of colors to choose from........................$525.00

Lip Liner Only:
The colors that are used for lip lining mimic natural lip colors and are available in many shades. The liner corrects asymmetry and adds definition and fullness. We can reshape the lips to appear fuller or thinner. The line can be applied lightly or more heavily depending on the client's wishes. The lip liner can also be blended into the natural lip color so there is not a definite line................................$500.00
Full Lips Only:
Full lips are great for those with little or no natural color. Full lips will cover only your natural lip shape. Any reshaping that needs to be done will be considered a lip liner procedure............................$500.00
Lip Liner with Full Lips:
The full lip color can match the lip liner color so that there is no definite border or the lip liner can be made darker than the full lip so there is a definite contrast......................................................$850.00

Touch-Up Pricing (excluding repairs)
At Allure, we guarantee your permanent cosmetics for your lifetime. However, permanent cosmetics may fade over time and require periodic touch-ups. These will be performed at a reasonable cost to you. Permanent cosmetics procedures are multi-session processes. You are required to return for at least one follow-up visit before your work is considered complete (for some procedures you may need to return more than once to get the desired look). Follow-up visits are usually scheduled at 3 to 4 week intervals. The area treated will be retouched to establish the color and shape you desire at no additional charge to the patron for a period of 6 months. Touch-up appointments after 6 months will be charged as follows:
