Joe is the Owner/Operator of Allure. He is a licensed Electrologist in the state of California since 1985 (there are no licensing requirements in Arizona). A retired Radiographer, he has been doing Permanent Cosmetics since 1986 and specializes in the correction of substandard permanent makeup. He became a certified medical laser technician in 2007.

Debbie Roe

Owner, Esthetician

Debbie is the Co-Owner/Operator and general manager of Allure. She is a licensed Esthetician and specializes in full body waxing; she has been waxing since 1996.

Brittany Roe, LE, CMLT, LSO

Esthetician, Laser Technician, Laser Safety Officer

Brittany has been a licensed Esthetician since 2005 and goes to classes every year to continue her education in skin care. She became a certified medical laser technician in 2007 and is also our laser safety officer.

Derrick Roe

Permanent Cosmetic Technician, Tattoo Artist

Derrick has been apprenticing under Joe for Permanent Cosmetics and Tattooing since early 2011. With his natural talent, he has been doing amazing work since he first picked up the tattoo machine.

Deirdre Mountjoy, RN, MS, FNP-C

Nurse Practitioner (Botox, Dermal Fillers)

Deirdre has been an RN for 30 years and an NP for 20 years. She has been doing aesthetics since 2009 and is certified in advanced dermal fillers and neurotoxin injections.

Nick Buratovich, NMD, CMLT

Laser Technician

Nick has been a naturopathic medical doctor since 1984. He became a certified medical laser technician in 2007 and is Allure's medical director.

Marla Jenkins, LMT

Licensed Massage Therapist

Marla has a passion for eastern energy work and graduated from ASMT in 2011. She has been doing massage therapy and pain management at Allure since February 2012.

Kristi Jenkins

Front Office Manager

Kristi is the daughter of Joe and Debbie Roe and worked as a part time receptionist in 2006 and early 2007. She started managing the front office full time after graduating high school in 2007.

Rachel Coelho

Receptionist

Rachel has been working as the receptionist and front office staff since 2003. She received her teaching degree in 2009 and now works in the front office part time.
